Frequently Asked Questions and Policies

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERING

A conversation via text, email, or otherwise is NOT considered an “order”. An invoice will be sent after details are agreed upon, then you will have three days to pay for your order. Unpaid invoices will result in your order being canceled.  ALL orders must be paid in full to be placed on the baking schedule.

 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?

At least 2 weeks in advance is preferred, if I am not already booked. Should you need a rush order, which is anything under 10 days notice, please send an email to lisa@sunflourtreats.com and I will do my best to accommodate you. An additional “rush” charge may be applicable for orders placed less than 10 days before the due date.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

The best way to reach me is by completing the order form including details such as date of event, quantity needed, theme, and any additional information or pictures you find helpful. Please allow 48 business hours to respond.

 

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due within 48 hours after being sent an invoice. Orders are not booked until they are paid in full or if other payment arrangements have been confirmed with me.

 

CANCELLATIONS
I can work with you to accommodate postponement date requests for your orders if notified within 7 days of your desired event date. No adjustments will be given for cookies that have already been made.

HOW MANY DESIGNS CAN I HAVE IN MY SET?

There are generally 3 to 4 designs per custom set ordered.

 

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, there is a minimum order of 2 dozen.

 

HOW LONG DO COOKIES STAY GOOD?

Not only are our custom cookies delightful to the taste buds, but they also travel well. All cookies are made fresh and carefully heat-sealed, ensuring freshness and maintaining their exquisite flavors. You can confidently store them at room temperature without worrying about spoilage. Consume within 3-4 weeks for best flavor. If not being consumed immediately pop them in the freezer and then let them come back to room temperature for at least 8 hours in a closed box. They come back to life exactly how you put them in.   Do not refrigerate.

 

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, local delivery can be arranged within a 10 mile radius of 30215. Delivery charges, of up to $10 per mile, may apply.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Cookies are custom made for each order. Therefore we are unable to accept returns or  exchanges. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with your order.
